PM Laptop scheme Phase II

In FY 2014-15, 200,000 laptops (approx) will be procured and distributed among students as per defined criteria. This has been approved by the Government of Pakistan, and work is underway for procurement and distribution. This document gives guidelines on the procedures which shall be followed as Distribution strategy during the course of project. The document is also meant to maintain the transparency and make the eligibility criteria publically available to both students and the higher education institutes in order to avoid any confusion or ambiguity in the policy and procedure which shall be followed as per the decisions of project Steering Committee.
