Trust dental orthodontics database design ERD & implementation
The table below lists a part of dentist/patient appointment data of Trust dental orthodontics. A patient is given an appointment at a specific time and date with a dentist located at a particular surgery. On each day of patient appointments, a dentist is allocated to a specific surgery for that day. There are 5 surgeries under the management of Trust dental orthodontics. Each surgery has a surgeryNo, Address, and contactNo. TDO has more than 500 registered patients and 25 staff members. When a patient register, TDO collects patient’s personal details including medical history and allergies. TDO keeps staff personal details including NI number and qualification. Staff is allocated to a surgery however they may have to work in other 4 surgeries as well. Same applies to patients.

ComfortableHousing Lease database design ERD & implementation
A small part of ComfortableHousing Lease records are given below. The clients have to register first by giving their personal details to rent a property via ComfortableHousing Lease. A client can rent a registered property more than once but cannot rent more than one property at any one time. The lease is for a period of one year and if a client wants to rent the same property for another year they record it as a new lease. The company keeps records of the properties as well as owners. Some owners may have more than one property.
